All artwork sold “as is” without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether oral or written, express or implied. The buyer indemnifies the artist from any claims of any liability for consequential damages due to environmental conditions, accidents, neglect, or theft. The installation of artworks are under the sole responsibility of the buyer. The title of works does not transfer until payment in full has been received and cleared. Payment is due on receipt of invoice and purchase is nonrefundable. Artist retains copyright.
